Wepukhulu Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Mountains of the Moon University and a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health from Chemequip Institute of Health Sciences. He is a purpose-driven Public Health and Clinical Officer with over seven years of experience in health, nutrition, and WASH programming in Uganda, dedicated to strengthening community health systems and integrating essential services to protect vulnerable populations.

Currently, he serves as a Consent and Eligibility Officer at the Makerere University Lung Institute, managing sensitive clinical research data, ensuring compliance with international protocols, and upholding ethical standards. Previously, he worked with Baylor College of Medicine – ACE Bunyoro Project as a Health Educator, leading community mobilization and sensitization campaigns for HIV/TB services.
