Name: TINGWICK JUNIOR MBAH

Tingwick Junior Mbah is an enthusiastic bachelor of medical laboratory sciences, passionate about promoting health and conducting research on human health challenges. Born on December 28, 2000, Tingwick hails from the small village of Bessi in Batibo Subdivision, Northwest Region of Cameroon. Coming from a financially disadvantaged family, he was motivated by his grandmother, who nurtured him with the fundamentals of morality, spirituality, and dedicated support for his education. These early experiences and challenges fueled his strong desire to pursue a career in health.

He completed his primary education at Government Primary School Upper Bessi from 2006 to 2012, after which he progressed to Government High School Bessi for his secondary education (2012-2017). Due to socio-political crises, Tingwick was forced to relocate to the West Region, where he obtained his G.C.E Ordinary and Advanced Levels at Government Bilingual High School Dschang (2018-2020). Driven by passion, he succeeded in gaining admission to the Department of Medical Laboratory Science at the University of Bamenda, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science with distinction (2021-2025).

Tingwick is recognized for providing dedicated and reliable services to youth organizations and health institutions. To maintain his enthusiasm, he attends scientific conferences, volunteers with health institutions and organizations, and participates in municipal activities aimed at promoting health.

In addition to his professional commitments, Tingwick enjoys gospel praise and worship music. His deep commitment, resilience, and empathy radiate through his community. Despite facing challenges such as funding, he remains determined to achieve his career goals.

From his humble beginnings in Bessi to becoming a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Tingwick Junior Mbah exemplifies determination, compassion, and enthusiasm, inspiring numerous mentees and the younger generation.
